CUSTOMERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO TAKE COVID-19 RAPID TEST

- Fully vaccinated (2 jabs) which the second jab has been for 14 days/ Covid-19 Green Card holders.

- Covid-19 recovered patients who are able to present a recovery certificate from their local authorities or medical facilities.

- Present negative Covid-19 test results from other medical facilities: 

+ Rapid test (issued within 72 hours)

+ PCR (issued within 1 week)

NOTE: CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE COVID-19 RAPID TEST

- Customers who haven’t vaccinated or got the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine or have suggestive Covid-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, stuffy nose (including Covid-19 Green Card holders, Covid-19 recovered patients with certificate).

- Customers with ENT scope, 13C-Urea breath test.
