SIHG assists patients in booking appointments FOR online consultation with Singaporean doctors, including:

_ Translate Vietnamese medical record into English

_ Email the medical record to the doctor before the consultation

_ Set up an internet-based phone call with a doctor at a SIHG clinic or at the patient's home

_ Translation help for the patient during the online consultation process

_ Translate the doctor's report into Vietnamese after the online consultation

_ Other support before, during and after online consultation (if any)

Note: Charges of the online consultation for each patient, which are notified in advance, are time-based and depend on complexity of the disease.
